Remington Continued Support of TJ Majors
(Concord, NC) Remington, America’s oldest gun maker announced today that it will do a one-race associate sponsorship this Saturday of the Moss Motorsports #26 NASCAR Goody’s Series Pontiac in the EasyCare Vehicle Service Contracts 100 at Lowe's Motor Speedway.
Behind the wheel for Goody’s Dash Series race will be TJ Majors, the Internet racer-turned protégé to NASCAR superstar Dale Earnhardt Jr. Remington continues to support Dale Earnhardt Jr since 2000 in a six-year deal as an associate sponsor in the Budweiser Chevrolet.
Remington’s support for this race allows Majors to keep on his quest for the Rookie of the Year and possibly a top 10 finish in points in the NASCAR Goody’s Dash Series. TJ is currently tied for the lead in the Rookie of the Year points in this series despite not having a title sponsor for the car
Majors, who also drives the JR Motorsports Late Model Monte Carlo in the NASCAR Weekly Touring Series Presented by Dodge, said, “I’m excited to run with Remington on the car such a prestigious event. Having the Dash Race right before the Winston gives more fans to get to know this series.”
